I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2004 long before FBA came along and didn’t use FBA until 2013 long before all the hype around FBA. I wouldn’t say I had an Amazon business, I just used it from time to time until I first used FBA.
I had seen and heard of FBA and decided I’d give it a try when I wanted to sell of a load of stock I’d had sitting around for a while, purely because I couldn’t be bothered with the packing and shipping and I knew this stuff would just trickle out and I wanted rid of it. I looked into FBA a bit, packed everything and sent it off. It became available on Amazon about 2 days later, I could not believe it when the whole lot sold out over night!
I’d just made a few thousand pounds on stock I never thought would sell - over night, I instantly knew this was a gold mine and I was hooked!
I’ve spent well over £10k on courses and months studying, I’ve made costly mistakes on product selection and learned a hell of a lot over the past 7 years, but when I stumbled across a product and decided to give it a try, from £130 investment I turned over £260,000 in my first year.
