Fire Brew

I don’t often ever get ill once every few years I get a cold, I’ve put that down to my fire brew!

Whenever I feel the onset of a cold I blend myself a potent mix of spices, fresh garlic, honey & fresh orange juice & take it three times a day, the cold never get past a feeling

To make your own quick fire brew -
1 tsp finely chopped turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
6 cloves crushed
1 clove fresh garlic finely chopped

Mix together & add 2 tsp to a small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Followed by 1 tsp honey (manukau is best). For a stronger fire brew use all the above mixed with apple cider vinegar & add a finely chopped white onion, store in a jar for a month. Add 4 tsp honey & shake. Take 1 tsp three times a day.
